ALISS holds open meetings throughout the year to share ideas, concerns, and feedback about the MLIS program. ALISS officers serve as a channel for communication between students, faculty, and administration. The ALISS president is allotted time at iSchool staff/faculty meetings to discuss MLIS students' concerns and events.
