Biography : David Hyllegard became the Director of the Information Core for CSDE in August 2007. Prior to joining CSDE he was Director of Research and Planning at Green River Community College for two years, and Director of Institutional Research at Borough of Manhattan Community College for 10 years. He has extensive experience in institutional research, strategic and operational planning, program evaluation, writing for public and professional audiences, and project management. David earned his Ph.D. in sociology from The Graduate Center, The City University of New York, and is the co-author of a book on The City University’s open-admissions policy.
