Biodemography Core Workshops

• Methodological Issues in Using Biomarker Data for Demographic Research
  This class is a two-hour discussion of how biomarkers are used in population research, and the types of measurement error and statistical issues frequently encountered when using biomarker data. All are welcome.
  
  
• Biodemography Seminar (BioA 450) (full quarter course)
  This course is an introduction to the theory, methods and literature of biodemographic research.
  
  
• Biomarkers of Nutrition
  Over-nutrition and under-nutrition are the leading contributors to illness, disability, and death worldwide. Rapidly changing patterns of poor nutrition have increased demand for methods to assess nutritional status in research settings.
