Claire Huang (nee Rainey)

Epidemiology


Claire Huang was a fourth year graduate student in the Department of Epidemiology in the School of Public Health. Her research interests include social epidemiology and infectious diseases, and her dissertation work focuses on migration, social support, and risk of HIV. She holds an MPH in Epidemiology from the University of Washington, as well as a BA in Biology and a BA in History from the University of Missouri, Columbia. Claire worked in local public health practice for six years prior to enrolling in graduate school at UW.
