
Kathleen Moore started the Evans School PhD program in Public Policy and Management in 2011. Prior to joining the program, she worked as a Data Analyst Intern and later a Research Analyst at the Utah State Community Services Office, conducting data collection and analysis on the state’s homeless services system. Kathleen earned a Master of Public Administration from University of Utah in 2011. She also holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Modern Dance from the University of Utah. Kathleen’s research interests include housing policy, homelessness policy, and social policy.
