Eric Waithaka is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Social Work at George Mason University.

While pursuing his Master of Social Work at UW, Eric’s research interests focused on inter-generational social and economic mobility during young adults’ transition to adulthood, specifically the role of family capital (resources) on young adults’ life outcomes.
