The University of Alaska Anchorage (UAA) and its community campuses, Mat-Su, Kenai, Kodiak and Prince William Sound are located on the traditional homelands of the Dena’ina and Ahtna Athabascan, Alutiiq/Sugpiaq, and Eyak peoples. A rapidly increasing number of culturally diverse peoples from all over the world also call Anchorage home.
