Casey Quoted in Story on the Health Consequences of Power Outages

As wildfires and winter storms rage across the country, power outages are a major concern because of their far-reaching consequences. CSDE Affiliate Joan Casey was quoted in a recent NPR story about the abundant health risks that are associated with power outages.
