New Research From Anderson on the Gender Gap in Mobil Money Awareness and Use

CSDE Affiliate Leigh Anderson and co-authors recently published an article in Information Technology for Development, entitled, “Exploring the gender gap in mobile money awareness and use: evidence from eight low and middle income countries.” This is an interesting piece examining household financial survey data in eight countries across sub-Saharan Africa and South/Southeast Asia.
