If you are having an issue, please include:

– Your “uwnetid” if not emailing from your UW email address
– Which system you are having trouble with (CSDE TS4? TS5? Libra?)
– Details of the computer you are using to connect to our service (OS, version, mac/pc, etc)
– If it worked recently, but does not now…. please share details 🙂
