New Paper from Martin, Keith, and Colleagues

CSDE Affiliates Melanie Martin and Monica Keith, and a number of co-authors recently published a new article appearing in Evolution, Medicine, and Public Health. Their research is motivated by the mixed evidence around the effects of Cesarian sections on breastfeeding outcomes, and explores this relationship among Indigenous Qom mothers in Argentina who have strong traditional breastfeeding support.
