Rachel Fyall On Overcoming Homelessness

When Seattle declared a state of emergency over homelessness, many researches redoubled their efforts to understand and help alleviate the problem. Rachel Fyall, CSDE Affiliate and Assistant Professor of Public Policy at UW, is one such academic.
