During the 2022 PAA, CSDE Affiliate Adrian Raftery was recognized with the Mindel C. Sheps Award for his outstanding contributions to mathematical demography and demographic methodology.  The award is co-sponsored by the PAA and UNC’s School of Public Health and is awarded every two years.
