Farquhar, Guthrie, and Co-Authors Analyze Past Intimate Partner Violence and Violence Incidence During Pregnancy
Along with a number of co-authors, CSDE Affiliates Carey Farquhar and Brandon Guthrie recently published a clinical article in Gynocology & Obstetrics, available in full HERE. The research objective was identifying factors associated with peri and post-partum intimate partner violence (IPV) to facilitate prioritizing women for psychosocial support. The authors find a much higher likelihood of experiencing IPV peri- and post-partum among women who had experienced IPV within the 6 months before the baseline assessment.
